The immersive technologies are rapidly spreading and cover an increasing number of sectors of the economy. The risk management of innovative projects is of current interest since these projects are fraught with greater uncertainty than the projects based on the traditional techniques. The article considers the first stages of risk management: risk analysis and assessment. The immersive technologies include both the risks common to the business activity and specific risks arising from the characteristics of innovative projects. The main risks of the immersive projects are identified, analyzed and evaluated in the article using the method of interviewing experts introducing the immersive technologies.
