The relevance of the article consists in scientific and methodical analysis of technological platforms of the Russian Federation in the conditions of sanctions. At present the Russian economy is currently undergoing a range of changes as positively, and negatively influencing economic process. And first of all the technological base is subject to changes. Multifaceted technological innovation to increase innovation activity in all sectors of the economy and will give a positive dynamics of development. Currently, Russia is formed and develops the sixth technological order. Its main priority is an investment in high-tech industries and knowledge-based economy. Feature of forming of technological order in the Russian Federation consists that it takes place in conditions of sanctions.
