The article deals with the new conditions of development of the principles and regulatory management solutions , as well as the transformation of methods and approaches to the formation of the company management strategy. In the paradigm of strategic management is dominated by the methodological approach , the use of which allows to estimate the expected prospects of development of the organization through the implementation of a series of steps - analysis , selection and implementation of organizational management strategy. In the global competitive environment, managers of organizations must continuously review and update their work, in particular on the application of the various management tools. The selection of suitable management tools for organizations requires consideration of the characteristics of known tools, a comparison of different instruments, and the consideration of the requirements and conditions of the organization. Direct comparison of different management tools can not be because their content and related methodological differences. The main goal is to study the influence of important organizational factors on the use of certain management tools in organizations. Thus, the model of management tools used in different areas around the world , the influence of individual organizational factors - ie, education , position and years of work on the use of management tools in organizations , and the effect of a linear combination of selected factors on the use of management tools in organizations. The article is devoted - development of a methodological approach to the evaluation of the quality of management decisions on the basis of systematization of the factors influencing the process of decision-making. Achieving this goal involves the following tasks : study of points of view on the problem of allocation of factors of managerial decision-making ; the choice of method of systematization , management decision-making factors .
