The article describes the main aspects of forming strategically oriented organizational structure of the innovative-educational complex. Selected two levels of integrated management of innovative-educational complex, the first of which presents the subject of management, the functioning of which need to be considered as the most important factor of realization of the chosen organizational integration strategy. The second level forming the complex subject of management, educational institutions, research-oriented organizations and consumer organizations, each of which and each of which is related to them species, plays a role in the general educational process. The composition of major educational institutions, which in various combinations can be included in the innovative-educational complex should distinguish the types, as institution of higher professional education, secondary special education, secondary vocational education, institutions of general education. To research and innovation organizations that should be represented as structural elements of integrated innovative-educational complex, should include such types as: research organizations, design organizations, technical organizations, design organizations, engineering organizations, consulting organizations. Consuming organization is a group of economic entities, which use in their operating and business activities of specialists trained within the framework of the general educational process of innovative integrated education complex.
