The article describes the results of implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of government programs, national and departmental target programs of the Republic of Bashkortostan; analyzed their composition, structure, funding sources, the use of funds and execution of program performance. Summarizes the experience of the Programme budget in the subjects of the Russian Federation, discusses their limitations. Suggests ways to address them.
