In the article the organizational sphere of the high technology enterprises providing effective functioning of a full research-and-production cycle is considered. Under modern conditions the organizational structure should be formed as a multi-layer mechanism for distribution and regulation of responsibility, which would provide for a distinct order of interaction in the cycle “research – manufacturing – distribution”, taking into account the complex of measures for commercialization at each stage. In the article it is shown that the organizational sphere of the high technology enterprises should combine in itself set essentially excellent from each other the administrative parameters defined by a place of this or that division within the limits of a research-and-production cycle: - freedom of creativity necessary for experts at a stage of basic researches if those are spent in scientific sector of the given enterprise, - possibilities for concentration of efforts of developers on a certain direction of applied research, - an organizational management system of the enterprise, which provides to it successful activity on the market, - the accurate branched out intranet providing effective functioning of organizational system of business management, - a complex organizational and so forth the resources providing high quality of products in manufacture and protection of environment. For realization of these parameters at the concrete enterprise it is offered to use tensor structure which allows entering organizational innovations into structure of business management, having kept the certain continuity necessary in the conditions of an incessant research-and-production cycle.
