In the Soviet years Ulyanovsk by right was considered as the third tourist capital of the USSR, however with change of a political regime the volume of a tourist stream fell in tens times. In the region there is a search of new tourist image and an attractive product. In this process we consider orientation to strategy of the differentiated marketing is necessary.
