Managing food security in the context of transition to low carbon economy

The article deals with the issues of food security in the long term, taking into account environmental and natural resource constraints. The influence of climate change on the food security management in the emerging low-carbon economies leads to implementation of policies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, including those in food production. The article discusses the features of low-carbon agriculture, new criteria and prospects for their development in relation to the food chain
