At the present stage of development of institutional design understanding the regulation of labor as a methodical means limited to securing you-operated design solutions, while its use in the process orgproekti-tion is not performed. In reality, regulation of labor is an integral part of my process of organizational design - it is used in the first ro-a means of research and then design tools of organizational-ting systems, fixes to develop project solutions and allows you to more effectively carry out the implementation process, developed with the regulatory document elements serve as a means of control over the process of implementing organizational projects.
