The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of banking support contracts in public procurement. The author dwells on the legal basis of bank support, the principles of public procurement contract. The article gives a clear classification of banking simple and expanded support in terms of monitoring payments, reporting to the customer, checking the validity of account transactions and monitor the implementation of the steps of the state contract. The author also describes the various forms of bank involvement in the state order in terms of quantitative parameters. Particular attention is paid to the principles of control over the actions of the Executive of the contract, including the monitoring of compliance to the justification in the formation of procurement plans, the valuation of procurement, the validity of the contract price, the application of measures of responsibility, compliance with the specifications of the goods delivered, the documentary authenticity display consistent with the objectives of procurement.
