In article the structure and a problem of the organization of innovative process are analyzed. Innovative process is understood, how a complex of actions (works) on formation of the final product based on modern achievements of science and technology, corresponding to requirements of the society and capable to satisfy them with higher, than earlier applied, the level of a ratio of the end results from use and costs of its acquisition. Elements of innovative process are innovative projects — private tasks which need to be solved during a rated period, with use of limited volume of resources and with achievement of the established results for the purpose of creation of possibility of realization of innovative process. Innovative activity will be organized on the basis of a tree of the purposes which number of levels depends on degree of novelty of the final product and a condition of innovative infrastructure; in some cases innovative activity at a stage of creation of information model of a product will be organized on the basis of a tree of opportunities. In innovative process the stage of creation of information model of a product and a stage of creation of the product are allocated. The first stage assumes carrying out set of applied researches and development by which general result the set of the working documentation creating possibility of realization of scientific and technical idea in work practice is. The second stage consists in production application the finished information model and creation of physically existing goods (service) which conform to requirements of the consumer.
