The article considers the restructuring as a form of allocative innovation on crisis enterprises. Summarizes the types of anti-crisis innovation in domestic enterprises. Examined differences in the allocation of innovation from product and process. Analyzes the main approaches to the definition of "restructuring", the value of this concept are disclosed approaches and methods of restructuring, its legal basis. Identified the characteristics, features and characteristics of enterprises in the course of the restructuring process. Formulated the most relevant methodological problems of restructuring. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the requirements that must be followed in the restructuring of the company. The conclusion that a single model or method of restructuring for all enterprises do not exist. Examines the nature of the terms "merger" and "acquisition" the companies, their economic and legal component.
