The results of economic and statistical research of regional differences of indicators of the housing market in the regions of Russia. The analysis of the differentials in the housing market in the regions of Russia. Apply a fairly wide arsenal of statistical methods that allowed to rank the regions according to different criteria, and to identify the most significant factors affecting the territorial differences. With the help of statistical methods measured the impact of each factor and conducted univariate and multivariate group of regions. The housing market - a multi-faceted category, which you want to measure the use of cluster analysis. The group performed at 7 signs reflecting different aspects of the state of the housing market in the regions. To perform clustering were selected data on 74 subjects of the Federation. This study has allowed to reach the regions of the Russian Federation, to assess the degree of territorial asymmetry indicators of the housing market. Built 5 regression models describing the dependence of the indicators of the housing market. These models are adequate; they contain factors explain more than 85% of the variation in average prices for accommodations. The results, which were obtained in the study are of practical importance for both federal and regional authorities.
