Abstract. The article contains analysis of development processes of high-tech industries at present time and implementation of innovations in social sphere through outsourcing. The nature and concept of outsourcing are considered in this article. Innovative, knowledge-intensive, high-tech manufacturing practices and several aspects of long-term economic development of the country are raised here. Using of outsourcing in the social sphere is described in the example of development ofhigh-tech medical care structures.
