Methodology of ecological and technological norm setting of load
to environment within territorial natural technical complex

Abstract. Within territorial nature and technical complex, it is necessary to consider interaction of all production systems affected to water bodies, as well as evaluate the environmental impact of each of them. The proposed methodology of ecological technological norm setting load to environment from water consumer enterprise allows estimating the level of its ecological compatibility, as well as choice and justifying water-protective measures on achieving the regulatory allowable discharge of pollutants. Main technical and economic indicators of enterprise: capital and operating costs, environmental payment decreased and damage for water body reduced, as well as water quality in control point change, respectively allowable load, criteria of ecological compatibility and regulatory allowable discharge changed too. The most optimal measure for wastewater treatment is chosen by solving a mathematical optimization task in the frame of linear programming.
