Currently, in the conditions of tough competition, the domestic industrial corporations had the important task of finding effective methods of development. The solution to this problem is the development of innovative activities at the micro and macro level. However, the methodical issues of formation and implementation of innovative development strategies are still under discussion. Methodological support of the process of formation and implementation of innovation strategy development industrial Corporation allows more successfully to solve many problems associated with development, increase production efficiency and management, and competitiveness. Analysis and selection of the innovation strategies of the Corporation are carried out on the basis of different models and methods. The article describes the basic methods of forming and realization of innovative industrial development strategy of the Corporation; the advantages and limitations of existing models and methods of forming and implementing strategies; an algorithm is proposed and the implementation of innovative strategies industrial Corporation
