In article it is shown that taking into account the projected trends in the labor market organizations need to reconsider approaches to work with Universities, in terms of search and selection of prospective students. On the example of Sberbank of Russia shows that effective youth work is a critical need for organizations on the labor market. Problems of Sberbank in sphere of work with universities are selected. The article considers the achievements of the Bank in the selection of the best graduates for the initial position in the organization such as establishment of a branch of the chair of the University on the basis of the Bank, holding open Days, the organization of practice of students with the assessment elements and others. The areas for improvement of the bank operation with universities are identified. The factors that will ensure the effectiveness of interaction of the organization with Universities are highlighted.
