Application of fuzzy logic in the management of food industry enterprises

The article shows that the fuzzy control is particularly useful when the processes are too complex for analysis by conventional quantitative techniques or when the available sources of information are interpreted qualitatively , inaccurate, vague. Fuzzy logic , which is based on fuzzy control is closer in spirit to human thinking and natural language than traditional logical systems. Fuzzy logic is basically provides effective means for displaying uncertainty and inaccuracy of the real world . Availability mathematical tools reflection fuzzy initial information allows us to construct a model adequate reality.
