Features of motivation of the personnel at the industrial enterprises

In article the system of motivation of the personnel at the industry enterprise, as a combination of internal and external elements of influence is considered.Basic provisions of the most widespread substantial and procedural theories of motivation are briefly stated. Existing traditional methods of stimulation of workers at the industry enterprises are considered, their main shortcomings are allocated. Differences of modern system of motivation of work of workers from the traditional are formulated. Elements of creation of system of motivation of the personnel on the basis of a combination of material and moral incentives are offered. The special attention is paid to non-material methods of work incentives. It is shown that such approach allows to increase interest of workers in high-performance work for the long-term period.
