The investigation and the analysis of commercial and bank credits interaction in domestic economy were carried out in this article and in the conclusion it was defined that this interaction is essential for the development of commodity-money economy. The article considers the features of commercial credit use through its various phases of development and identifies the causes, promoting and impeding the expansion of the boundaries of commercial credit in the modern Russian economy and enterprise. Comparative analysis of accounting practice and rediscounting of commercial bills in Russia and abroad, the importance of Federal Reserve System for the development of domestic economy circulation of notes and economy of developed countries were carried out by the author. The article considers the legal framework, concerning circulation of bills in Russia, gives some recommendations about its improvement for expanding usage commercial bill practice.
