Weak link in the management of law enforcement agencies is excessive rigidity of organizational structures slowly react lem changes taking place in the state. This deficiency is characteristic of the organization of the state sector. Any structure from the standpoint of management science should have some freedom. The article discusses the most common legal and administrative aspects of the internal affairs bodies. The author highlights a delicate component of professional activities such as control of subordinates in the police force.
