Abstract. Managerial innovations appear to change business structures - clusters of interactions and interdependencies in business networks. Approaches to innovation management in business organizations is determined by the interests of financial capital. Managerial innovation in the global economy appear as network management - a system of interaction network members, including the coordination mechanism, coordination of actions in time and space between center and periphery.
