In modern Russian higher education a wide experience of group work usage in foreign language acquisition is gained. This methodology application in managers training allows to get a double effect. Firstly, the level of language competence rises sharply when students work in stable and dynamic microgroups. Secondly, dynamic microgroup teaching contributes to the formation of such personality traits and group qualities which are most valuable for managers in doing their professional job.
