The financial market of the Russian Federation — dynamically developing structure and it helps with the conditions of market economy possibility of loans, purchase and sale of securities, precious metals is created. In article the psychology role in successful work in the financial market is shown, differences in psychology of the market and personal psychology of the trader are opened, features of its personal psychology and its influence on results of investment are considered. Main principles of successful work in the financial market are analysed and opened.
