The power of corporate social responsibility as a driver for economic growth is increasing. Article considers theoretical issues of correlation between bank-centered groups’ social and economic performance. Plan and market mechanisms of creating incentives for bank-centered groups to join CSR are analyzed. Further the article explores issues and prospects of CSR development in bank-centered groups in Russia.
