The essence of the organizational economic mechanism of the enterprise management is considered in the article from the perspective of systems theory. Definitions of the organizational economic mechanism of management are given in relatively isolated areas of the management activity (management functions) in an enterprise, in an enterprise in general, as well as in a small enterprise. An algorithm for the formation of the organizational economic mechanism of the small enterprise management is considered.
