The conducted research is based on the use of general scientific methods of system analysis, with the use of additional methods of systematization and scientific abstraction. The article uses methods of statistical data processing, with the construction of the dynamics of indicators. This article is devoted to the study of key problems arising in the process of managing construction complexes in Russia and ensuring their sustainable development. The paper considers aspects of effective functioning of construction organizations in the context of economic and social changes, provides an overview of current trends and practices of resource management, human resources and infrastructure.
