Abstract. The article deals with the problems of modern management companies, associated with the development of information technology. On the one hand, the practice of companies that make extensive use of the potential of information technology, acquire a new quality and become "information rich". On the other hand, in a capacious company conflict arises in hierarchically structured management, because the main figure is a specialist, whereas demand for mid-level managers.
