Abstract. In accordance with the new requirements to ensure the environmental safety of road facilities at the design stage of the gas stations one should apply measures based on the best available techniques to reduce the negative environmental impact. On the basis of calculations of ground level concentrations of pollutants at the border of the residential area, waste generation and volume of storm waters it was determined measures to ensure the environmental safety of the gas station with the capacity up to 250 refills per a day.
