Abstract. The beginning of the third millennium marks the transition of society into a new stage of development. This stage is often called post-industrial, informational, postcapitalis and it has several features that characterize the changes in socio-economic systems and organizational structures of companies, new approaches of industry, regional and scientific-technical policy, further steps in studying of industrial integration and organization of the productive forces.
