Under the postmodern conditions uncertainty levers of action on an object, as in modern, do not always work. Furthermore, there is no subject of administration as such in the global economic system. Global economy controllability is achieved by means of predicting estimations of exchange and credit interest rates, introduced innovations. The concept of management governing parameters of postmodern are based not only on the system action, but also on designing of future.
