Only innovations, increased productive efficiency, adoption of new technological and administrative solutions can help survive the economic crisis. Now innovation policy in Russia has been put abreast the most important tasks of the state economic policy. Under the global financial crisis Russian economy will not be able to effectively grow without introducing innovation methods in the management of entrepreneurial structures, as well as without applying new technological decisions in production.
