Problem management of financial flows relevant to enterprises logistics activities. Currently, the major logistics centers may be a lack of own funds to ensure ongoing operations and long-term investment due to low profitability. Under these conditions, the main reserve for increasing the efficiency of logistics systems is to develop models of management of financial flows, including the rational allocation of funds between activities, encouraging staff to make effective use of financial resources, search techniques refinancing receivables. Objective. The process of management of financial flows in the enterprise is to implement successive phases, which include planning, organization, motivation, accounting, control and regulation. Said step precedes the process of building itself a management system to ensure its effective influence on the management object. Posing the problem of long-term functioning of the market, governing bodies should pay particular attention to the growth performance of economic activity on the basis of system analysis that considers all aspects of economic activity.
