Transaction costs of using the new forms of labor relations
The paper attempts to analyze the transaction costs of using the new forms of labor relations. This article examines the contents of the new forms of labor relations, marked their differences from traditional forms. According to the research scheme of O. Williamson described the regulatory structure of the new forms of labor relations. Necessary of institutionalize the new form of labor within the organization in order to reduce transaction costs is shown. A matrix of selecting the type of control, depending on the specificity of the labor uncertainty results and the frequency of the labor transaction are highlighted. The transaction costs of using new forms of labor relations are analyzed. The areas of reducing the transaction costs of using new forms of labor are highlighted. Emphasizes the role of the state in the institutionalization of new forms of labor relations and reduce their transaction costs.
