The economical efficiency of the technical component of innovative transportation system for Euroasia

  The article is devoted to the proposal of the project of innovative transportation system for Siberian and Polar region of Russia. The aim of this infrastructural project is to solve the lack of good roads problem witch is typical for the regions above mentioned. The main technical component of the system proposed are the special high-speed multi-purposed amphibian surface effect machines: air cushion vehicle (ACV) and wing-in-ground effect craft (WIG craft). The economical efficiency of the WIG craft and ACV is estimated in comparison with the conventional transport such as an airplane, a helicopter and an airship. The creating of innovative transportation system is the alternative way to ensure successful solution of the transportation problem without expensive road building. This transportation system will be useful for the Union of Euro-Asian States.
