The modern innovative model of economy of our state is focused on creation of information society and the state. Information becomes today one of the major objects legal and economic relations. Rapid development of information technologies involves need of high-quality updating of ways of information security, providing a mode of confidentiality of the data which are of great importance for economic security as the states, and certain natural and legal entities. Now in the Russian Federation the new legislation on protection of insider information is formed. Protection of insider information acts as the most important condition of providing economic security business – information and normal functioning of key subjects of economy of the state. In this work separate problems of ensuring safety and protection of insider information are considered, and also some questions of realization is standard – legal acts which fix and regulate questions of protection of a trade secret and insider information.
