In this article explores the economic factors that form the market of innovations at the present stage. In the conditions of accelerating scientific and technical progress becomes necessary timely updating of production technology and product mix. It is connected with the rapidly changing demand for goods and services, the emergence of new requirements to their quality. In this regard, the important role in the activities of the company plays marketing, one element of which is the development and implementation of the innovation strategy. Support of innovation entrepreneurship is one of the priority directions of the state scientific and technical and economic policy in all countries with developed market economies and market innovations is one of the important factors of development and improvement of market needs in our country.
