Management Science comes from the fact that timely account information about internal processes ¬ sah in any system and its interpretation reasonable enable informed management decisions , improve intra - related communication, improve the efficiency of interaction with the environment. The article deals with the legal and administrative features general theory of law enforcement control of the Interior. The author's view of the existing contradictions, which are necessary and essential factor in the development of law enforcement, as a complex social system.
