Abstract. Forecasting trends and results of the laws , decrees and regulations will be important , but difficult task. Especially because , no matter how managers and staff treated everyone, including law-enforcement bodies , to these legal ac ¬ there, but to fulfill them and take them into account in management is absolutely necessary . Management Science comes from the fact that timely account information about internal processes ¬ sah in any system and its interpretation reasonable enable informed management decisions , improve intra - related communication, improve the efficiency of interaction with the environment. The article deals with the legal and administrative features general theory of law enforcement control of the Interior. The author's view of the existing contradictions, which are necessary and essential factor in the development of law enforcement, as a complex social system.
