Abstract. It is possible to utilize not more than 60% hydrocarbons when we try to burn watered about 30-40% viscous fuel. The rest hydrocarbons are evacuated with fume gases (smoke fumes) polluting atmosphere. To avoid atmosphere pollution it is necessary at first to dehumidify the watered fuel. Made by us the watered oil products dehumidification refinery will help to decide the problem and to receive a good profit.
