At present public nutrition is one of the promising branches of the economy. Nourishment as the process of the use of food satisfies the need of man and appears as one of main components of existence of man. The sphere of public nutrition covers all forms publicly of the process of the consumption of food by population. In this article by the authors problems and prospects of the development of the enterprises are examined public nutrition in Russia their competitive ability.
