Problems of providing economic security of the higher education at the present stage The system of the higher education is open dynamic system in which developments of the higher education, its reforming and modernization which have various impact on the higher education in general and its economic security depending on features of macromanagement of this sphere proceed. V statye avtoroms formulirovano of a sobstvennoye opredeleniye ponyatiyaekonomicheske, defined the contents, features and differences of developments, reforming and modernization of the higher education; set of components of educational process for the purpose of an assessment of their influence on economic security of the higher education is structured; it is expertized influences of developments, reforming and modernization of the highest obrazovaniyan components of educational process from positions of providing economic security of the higher education; the criterion of efficiency of the mechanism of providing economic security of the higher education is defined, the complex of methodological regulations on influence of external and internal factors on level and efficiency of providing economic security of social and economic systems in general which are concretized taking into account specifics of the higher education is formulated, expediency of development of a complex of reference models of higher education institutions taking into account specifics of their stay is proved, the main conditions of improvement of management at the macrolevel system of the higher education including connected with system financial and economic crisis are defined.
