The article deals with the sequence of reforms which was implemented by the ministry of education in the system of middle and higher education. Indicated on the number of problems which could not be solved by this reforms: 1) The gap between education system and market; 2) Many European countries do not acknowledgediplomas receipted in Russian Federation; 3) The quality of education was changed for the worth; 4)Oversaturation of school education; 5) The gap between the middle and higher education. Every problem is reviewed and the following suggestions: 1) It is necessary to renew all education programs for educational institutions that employ old standards of education. No effective educational institutions have to be closed; 2) It is necessary to implement European educational standards as soon as possible; 3) It is necessary to implement flexible and well balanced reforms in the field of higher education. The social opinions have to be considered; 4)The efforts of the parents and ministry of education should be united to make the future of the children prosperous; 5)It is necessary to conduct education experiments with the envolvement of some schools and universities.
