The corruption research as the threats of the financial safety of the company belongs to the latest applied directions connected with the minimization of the all significant types of the damages. The author offers to systematize the separate scientific works of the Russian authors both on the problems of the risks, and on the problems of the threats of the financial safety of the company, having united them. Besides, the role of the the approach focused on the problems developed by the author on the basis of whom there is the identification of the all complex of the problems ranked on the importance. The corruption wins the first place for several years among the external threats of the financial safety of the company. Thus the significance value of this problem considerably outstripped a level of the development of a corruption perspective in Russia, especially in those spheres where the corruption isn't investigated, and the damage from it is caused, but isn’tdetected.
