The article outlines some of the factors of formation of the economic mechanism of management of business processes at the enterprises of retail trade. Addressing the terms and stages of the management potential of living labor, time resources and on-farm management as components of the economic mechanism of management of business processes in trade.The article is a logical scheme of construction of the system management capabilities of live work when using the process approach, to be implemented in several stages. The generalized scheme of the effective implementation of the mechanism of management time resources given in the article contains the tools with which allows efficient use of the different characteristics of the time of stay of the basic product in a business process.
