Basis of the formation strategies of the food industry

The peculiarities of strategic development for the food industry , which appeared in connection with the processes of globalization and market saturation food . One of the differences of the Russian economy is market-oriented focus on the fight for consumer attention and , as a consequence of the desire to improve their production and commodity competitiveness.In today's economic environment , with rapidly changing external environment, it is necessary not only to carry out regular monitoring of internal economic condition of the enterprise , but also to develop an innovative strategy for its development. With the main aim of the strategy is the integration of the businesses of the innovation process in the internal processes of the enterprise . This article discusses the possibility of creating corresponding strategies for the food industry . Recommended for publication
