Articlereview of the book introduces readers by EA Mambetkaziev - President of the Kazakh-American Free University-University ofInternational Partnerships.Interest in the experience and personality of the author of the book is due to begin cooperation of the Faculty of Economics and Environmental Management ITMO with Kazakh-American Free University in the framework of a joint educational program double degree in "Management." The main ideas of the author - a recognized leader in modern higher education in Kazakhstan and one of the active participants in the creation of the national system of higher education in the Republic - described in the article as an example of successful implementation of the key provisions of the strategic intentions. This technique, in terms of reviewers, enables us to give high praise from both the experience of innovative practices in Kazakhstan and confirm the efficiency of modern scientific management ideas.
