In this article deals with the study of the economic mechanisms and functional features of strategic planning and forecasting of innovative development of the enterprises in modern conditions of economic instability. The selection model of the strategic management of innovative development of the enterprise from the set of alternative variants provides for the optimal choice of the strategic plan of the innovative development of methods of mathematical programming. This model can be used during the development of the innovation program of high technologies development in the production process of the enterprise.
