Now worldwide struggle against legalisation of criminal incomes is means of counteraction to growth of economic criminality. As a result of legalisation of criminal incomes there is a deformation of economic system of the state, ability of public authorities to operate a country financial system is broken. Legalisation of criminal incomes promotes an establishment of the control of criminal communities over separate sectors of economy, to terrorism financing, extends corruption, means and unfair competition methods. In work the author allocates an economic vector of such phenomenon as legalization of the criminal income, shows the economic harm done by legalization, and also offers classification of cycles and ways of legalization, considering their economic component.
